Our mobile drilling rig manufacturing base is designated by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). We have introduced advanced design and international manufacturing technology developing a series of mobile drilling rigs and workover rigs.
Our series of mobile drilling rigs is reliable in overall performance and easily operated, and can not only be used for drilling, but also for workover. With the features of self-guyline field installation, small footprint and strong mast rigidity is is especially suitable for work on well sites with limited area and artificial islands. It has attained three national patents and has been authenticated by API.

Truck-Mounted Drilling Rig Product Standard

Our truck-mounted drilling rigs have been designed in accordance with API Spec. 4F, 7K and 8C (latest revision) and fulfill the standards GB3826.1, GB3836.2, GB7258, SY6584 as well as the “3C” compulsory standard. We have strengthened safety and inspection measures to meet the requirements of HSE.

Mobile Drilling Rig Product Characteristics

  • Self-guyline field installation, no anchors and small footprint
  • Heavy-duty and self-propelled chassis: 8x6, 10x8, 12x8, 14x8, 14x12 and an hydraulic steering system are utilized respectively, which provides the mobile drill rig a good passage and high cross-country capability.
  • Reasonable matching of Caterpillar engine and Allison transmission ensures a high driving efficiency and working reliability of the drill rigs.
  • Main brake adopting a hydraulic disc brake or band brake. An air brake, hydraulic brake or electromagnetic brake eddy current brake can be applied as an auxiliary brake.
  • A front-open, double section and of telescopic type mast with an inclination angle or of vertical type can be erected or lowered hydraulically.
  • Twin-body drill floor with parallelogram structure, convenient for easy hoisting and transportation.
  • Complete and solid control system, well control system, high-pressure manifold system, generator housing, engine and mud pump housing, doghouse and other auxiliary facilities to meet clients' different requirements.

Offshore Equipment Manufacturing

We are able to provide well drilling and workover equipment for cluster wells on artificial islands and artificial wellsites for the development of offshore oilfields. Our main products include module drilling rigs, drilling rig tracks, mobile platforms, a drilling fluid circulation system, well workover equipment and auxiliary equipment.
We provide unique well drilling and workover related technology for cluster wells on artificial wellsites that has achieved advanced national levels.
