• Built to API Spec 8A.
• The sites of the traveling block are made from thick steel plates giving it enough weight to keep the wireline tight during lifting and lowering without load thus ensuring a long service life of the wireline.
• High strength wireline elevator bails.
• The pulley groove is subject to medium frequency induction hardening for better case hardness and longer wireline service life.
• The sheaves of the travelling block are equipped with double cone roller bearing, with each one having a separate oil passageway .
• Hardened alloy steel shaft with oil port to each sheave bearing.
• The sheaves and bearings of the traveling block are interchangeable with those of a matching crown block.
