Categories and Specifications

The following titanium products are manufactured in accordance with ASTM. AMS standards and ASTM F136 grade (titanium for surgical implants) please inquire.

  • Titanium plates, sheets, foil

    We provide hot or cold rolled and annealed titanium plates, sheets and foil according to ASTM B265 (titanium sheet, strip, plate) in many different grades. Custom sizes and shapes available on request.

  • Titanium bars and rods

    Our titanium bars and rods are manufactured according to ASTM B348 (titanium bars and billets) and are available in many different shapes. The bars are cold rolled, hot rolled or forged and can be processed from a wide range of pure titanium grades and alloys. We also provide titanium-clad bars.

  • Titanium wire

    We provide hot or cold drawn and annealed titanium wire according to ASTM B863 (titanium wire) in many different grades. Please also take a look at our titanium-clad wire.

  • Titanium tubes and pipes

    Conventional and special titanium tubes such as capillary tubes, thin-walled tubes and tubes with special shapes. Our titanium tubes are produced in accordance with ASTM B337 (seamless and welded pipes), ASTM B338 (tubes for condensers and heat exchangers ) or ASTM B861 (seamless pipes).

  • Titanium ingots and billets

    We provide pure titanium ingots and billets in many different Ti grades such as GR.5, GR.7, GR.9, F136, Ti 15-3-3-3, TC4, TA8, and TA9.

  • Titanium and nickel fittings

    Fittings with 45°, 90°, 180° or any arbitrary angle made from titanium, nickel or special alloys according to ASTM B363 (seamless and welded titanium fittings). Nominal size ranging from DN 15 to DN 1200.

  • Titanium castings, valves, pumps

    We provide a wide variety of titanium and nickel pumps and valves, as well as other precision castings such as impellers. Our castings are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B367 (titanium castings).

  • Titanium equipment and machinery

    Reaction tanks, heat exchangers, and other equipment for the chemical and metallurgical industry according to customers' specifications. Materials: Titanium, nickel, Ti/steel, nickel/steel, stainless steel/steel and titanium clad composites.

  • Clad metal composites

    We provide high quality nickel, aluminum, steel, copper and titanium clad plates, bars and clad wire from China for use in petrochemical industries, power plants, etc. Custom sizes and shapes available on request.

  • Titanium standard parts, fasteners

    Standard and non standard titanium fasteners as well as extra small parts for use in medical and precision instruments. Manufactured in accordance GB, ANSI, BS, DIN, or ISO standards.

  • Titanium bike frames and parts

    We provide high quality titanium bike frames according to customers' drawings. Chinese welders are very skilled and most bike brands already produce Ti frames in China.
