Series P Mud Pump Features
- Series P mud pumps use licensed technology from NOV, conforming to NOV's quality requirements.
- Compact, light-weighted, space-saving, highly-efficient and can be equipped according to different drill rigs and conditions.
- These durable and compact mud pumps ensure smooth running and meet all special requirements for drilling shallow and medium deep wells.
- This series consists of five models with input power ranging from 800HP (597kW) to 2200HP (1640 kW).
- The durable fluid end greatly improves the performance of triplex mud pumps. Its unique design allows for quick inspection and easy repair.
Series F Mud Pump Features
- Series F mud pumps have a long stroke and can operate under low speed to lengthen the service live of the fluid end.
- Combined forced and and splash lubrication ensures more efficient lubrication.
- These technically advanced and compact mud pumps ensure smooth running and meet all special requirements for drilling medium deep wells.
- The suction valve and discharge valve of F series mud pumps are interchangeable.
- Main components of the hydraulic cylinders and fluid end of each pump are interchangeable.
- The durable fluid end greatly improves the performance of triplex mud pumps. Its unique design allows for quick inspection and easy repair.
Series 3NB Mud Pump Features
- Mud pump power end: Welded steel plate frame that is subject to post-welding internal stress relief treatment.
- Gears are of involute type, smooth running, highly efficient and with a long service life. The crankshaft is a one-piece hollow cast. The power end is splash lubricated.
- Mud pump fluid end: The suction and discharge flange conform to the respective ASA and API specifications.
- The piston rod and the extension rod are connected with a clamp coupling for quick assembly and disassembly.
- A step at the bottom of the the valve positioning hole prevents valve seat sinking. The piston and cylinder liner are cooled and lubricated by an independent spray pump for longer service live.
- All wear parts of the mud pump are exchangeable.
