Liner Pipes

For all of our casing pipes we also provide processing into liner pipes. High precision laser cutting ensures every slot is 100% up to specs. You can either provide a drawing or we will recommend a slot layout according to your individual requirements.

Our liner pipes are especially cost-effective and of high quality due to imported equipment and technical expertise.

Well Screens

In addition to conventional liner pipes we provide a wide range of well screens, such as filter screens, pipe based screens, punched slot screens, and pre-packed screens. These pipes are also called Johnson Screens with reference to Johnson Screens, the main well screen manufacturer in the USA. 

Well screens are mainly used in water wells where sand control and corrosion is of a concern. Well screens can be easily adapted to different well conditions by adjusting the slot size and choosing from a range of rare materials, such as several stainless-steel grades or plastic-coated steel.
