Drilling Rig Equipment Specifications

  • Rig mover

    Drilling rig movers are used to easily move the substructure and upper equipment of the rig including the mast and the traveling system. Our trailer adopts a modular design for integration with the drilling rig, thus achieving perfect rig moving capabilities.

  • Crown block

    Our crown blocks conform to the API standards 4F & 8A as well as the in industrial standard SY/T5527. Special hardening of the sheave groove makes it wear-resistant and ensures a long service life. Maximum hook load ranging from 300 kN to 4500 kN.

  • Traveling block

    We provide traveling blocks built to API Spec 8A and use frequency induction hardening for outstanding case hardness and longer wireline service life. Maximum hook load ranging from 900 kN to 5850 kN.

  • Rig hook

    All drilling rig hooks conform to API Spec 8A and are marked with the API monogram. Equipped with a hydraulic bumper for drill pipe joint protection during breakout. Maximum hook load ranging from 900 kN to 5850 kN

  • Rig swivel

    We provide swivels manufactured in accordance with API Spec 8A and API Spec 5B. Maximum hook load ranging from 900 kN to 5850 kN, rotary speed 300 r/min, working pressure up to 35 Mpa.

  • Rotary table

    All rotary tables comply to API Spec 7K and are marked with the official API monogram. Highly efficient lubrication and reliable sealing. Maximum static load ranging from 1350 kN to 7200kN, rotary speed up to 350 r/min.

  • Drawworks

    We provide high quality drawworks manufactured according to API Spec 7K. Medium-frequency induction hardening of the brake drum and brake disk ensures excellent wear-resistance capacity and a long service life. Maximum rated power ranging from 1000 hp to 3000 hp, fastline pull up to 630 kN.

  • Rig mud pump

    Complete line of triplex mud pumps manufactured according to API Spec 7K. Suitable for most well conditions. Compact, light-weighted, space-saving, highly-efficient. Can be designed according to different drilling rigs and conditions.

  • Drilling rig mast｜derrick

    Our drilling rig masts conform to API Spec 4F and are marked with the API monogram. The following mast types are available: A type, K type (cantilever type), pyramid type and mast type. Maximum static load ranging from 600 kN to 4500 kN

  • Rig substructure

    All of our drilling rig substructures conform to API Spec 4F. Optimized lifting structure resulting in significant load reduction on the drill floor and a total weight reduction of the substructure and mast of 10%. Lifting of mast and drill floor only takes 15 to 20 minutes using a common pulling-up line.
